It is not a coaching tool, a therapy tool, or a substitute for live advisory work. Responses generated by The Diagnostic Partner are AI-generated outputs informed by a proprietary framework. They do not constitute the professional opinion of Veronica Dietz and should not be treated as definitive professional advice. VD Advisory Group LLC makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from use of this tool.
A live 60-minute advisory session with Veronica Dietz conducted via video call. The Direction Session is designed to trace your decision chain backward until the structural contradiction surfaces and stabilize the correct interpretive frame. This is not a coaching session, therapy session, or implementation call. One session is provided per purchase. Sessions are non-transferable and must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase. Failure to schedule within 90 days forfeits the session with no refund.
A flexible private advisory container with Veronica Dietz. Scope, format, and duration are determined collaboratively at the start of the engagement. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in United States dollars. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider. VD Advisory Group LLC does not store credit card or banking information.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged. For monthly memberships, billing recurs automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.
Refund Policy
Why This Feels Off and The Diagnostic Partner:
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. Because these are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all transactions are non-refundable. By completing your purchase you confirm you understand the nature of the product and agree that no refund will be issued.
Direction Session / Business Second Opinion:
All sales are final. Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows forfeit the session with no refund or reschedule opportunity.
Orientation Intensive, Stop Starting Over, The Residency:
Refund and cancellation terms for these engagements are outlined in the separate client agreement provided at the time of purchase. In the absence of a separate agreement, all payments are non-refundable.
The Perspective Room:
No refunds are issued for monthly membership fees already charged. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout immediately following purchase. VD Advisory Group LLC is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam filters, or email provider issues.
If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, contact [email protected] with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.
The Diagnostic Partner — Specific Terms
Access to The Diagnostic Partner at reframe.veronicadietz.com is tied to the email address provided at purchase. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or access with any other person or entity.
The Diagnostic Partner uses artificial intelligence to generate diagnostic responses. These responses are informed by the VD Advisory Group framework but are AI-generated and do not constitute the professional advice, opinion, or endorsement of Veronica Dietz or VD Advisory Group LLC.
VD Advisory Group LLC reserves the right to revoke access to The Diagnostic Partner at any time for violation of these terms, misuse of the tool, sharing of access credentials, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the system. No refund will be issued upon revocation for cause.
VD Advisory Group LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue The Diagnostic Partner at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, affected users will be notified by email with reasonable advance notice.
Intellectual Property
All content created, distributed, or made accessible by VD Advisory Group LLC — including but not limited to the Why This Feels Off PDF, integration email sequence, Diagnostic Partner framework, system prompt, website copy, podcast episodes, social content, and advisory frameworks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Veronica Dietz and VD Advisory Group LLC.
