What counts as one asset?
One URL, one document, one social profile, or one email sequence. If you're unsure whether what you have is one thing, submit it through the form and I'll flag it before I start.
Can I submit something that isn't live yet?
Yes. Google Doc, Notion page, PDF, or screenshots all work. The intake form accepts links and file uploads.
Do I get to ask follow-up questions?
The Read is a one-way diagnostic. If the audio surfaces questions that need a conversation, the Direction Session exists for that.
What if the asset has a problem I didn't ask about?
I tell you. The point of the Read is what I actually see, not a narrow answer to a narrow question.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Nothing you submit is shared, quoted, or used as an example without your written permission.
What if I want a refund?
All sales are final once the intake form is submitted. If you've paid but haven't yet submitted your intake, reach out and we'll sort it.
