— one day. one founder. one complete picture.
The Residency · A One-Day Strategic Engagement
Most founders spend months gathering feedback, revising strategy, and having calls that produce notes but not movement. The Residency compresses that into one day.
You arrive with everything on the table. You leave with a complete read of what's actually happening, and a document that holds it.
Partial decisions create more friction than the problem you were solving. You hire before the role is defined. You reposition before you understand what broke. You optimize the wrong thing because the load-bearing issue was three layers underneath.
You've already paid for it. In time, in revenue, in conversations that didn't move things. The cost is just spread across so many quarters you stopped tracking it.
A full-day engagement does not cost $10,000.
Operating without one does.
This is not a series of sessions spread across months. It is a single concentrated engagement designed to surface everything, sort it, and give you something solid to carry forward.
We meet virtually to establish where you are. You identify what you're carrying, what decisions are stalled, and what documentation you need to pull together. You arrive at the day already oriented. The Residency itself isn't where we figure out what to talk about. The Pre-Assessment is.
This is a full offload. We move through the whole picture together. Offers, positioning, operations, decisions, patterns, load-bearing issues. Nothing is left in the corner. By the end of the day, you have said everything out loud, and I have heard it as a complete system rather than individual problems.
A complete written record of the business as seen from the outside, the load-bearing issue named and evidenced, the pattern documented, and the forward sequence laid out in the order it should actually happen.
This is not a summary of our conversation. It is an interpretation of your business, built from a full day of looking at it together. Founders refer to this document for months. It's the artifact you carry forward.
What you don't have is a single day where someone else holds the whole picture long enough for you to see it clearly. You've had the sessions. You've had the coaching. You've made good decisions individually. The problem isn't any one decision.
The problem is that no one has seen the full architecture at once.
That is what this day is for.
Payment plans available.
The math isn't whether you can spend this. You've already spent more than this circling the same questions across multiple quarters, in fragments, with people who only saw one piece at a time.
It's whether you want to spend another two quarters circling the same territory.
The Residency is a serious commitment. Before you spend a full day with me, you should know what an hour with me feels like. And before I take on a day-long engagement with you, I should know whether the work is the right fit for what you're actually carrying.
The Direction Session is the qualifying gateway. Sixty minutes. $500. We trace what you brought, name what's actually going on, and decide together whether the Residency is the right next move. If it is, we book it from there with payment toward the Residency credited from the session.
No application. No waitlist. One real conversation first.
If you've completed a Direction Session, an Orientation, or a private engagement with me already, the Residency is open to you directly. Email me here and I'll send the booking link and current availability.
You haven't had a full day to look at it with someone who can hold the whole thing at once. That is what this is for.
Start with an hour. We'll know if the day is next.
Most people don't need more strategy. They need to decide something first.
